Gen-AI and automation are rewriting job descriptions faster than companies can draft severance letters. Mid-career specialists—people with mortgages, kids, and deep institutional knowledge—are suddenly “redundant,” eroding morale and spiking unemployment costs. Traditional outplacement is generic and expensive; MOOCs dump theory with < 15 % completion. SkillGuard offers employer-sponsored, laser-targeted reskilling that redeploys workers into adjacent roles inside or outside the company—protecting human lives and corporate reputations.


Hypothesis: Employers will pay $500 for five seats if SkillGuard can show a personalized up-/re-skill plan in 10 minutes and place at least one worker within 60 days.

SkillGuard refuses “boot-camp kickback” deals; course selection is merit-based, not commission-based. Employee data stays employer-scoped unless the worker opts into external recruiter outreach. All AI content is transparently labeled and reviewed quarterly for bias. 


We delete experiment data after the study or anytime you ask.
