GreySkills Network pairs seasoned professionals with rising talent, tracks skill transfer for CSR reporting, and even flips the script with “reverse-mentor” hours so both sides learn.


Hypothesis: Corporations will sponsor 25 mentorship hours at ~$2 k if we prove matches are high-quality and impact is dashboard-visible.

GreySkills follows EEOC and age-discrimination guidelines—algorithm excludes protected attributes from ranking. All session notes stay private to participants unless both opt-in for sharing. Fees are paid by sponsoring firms; mentors are compensated transparently—no hidden mark-ups.


We delete experiment data after the study or anytime you ask.
