What We’re Testing

America is aging faster than its care system. By 2030 the U.S. will have 74 million people over 65, yet 7 of 10 families still find caregivers by scrolling unvetted classifieds and praying schedules line up. Average search time: 3-6 weeks; average no-show rate: 27 %. 


Meanwhile professional caregivers earn barely $15/hr and churn out of the industry in 12 months. We believe a data-driven, two-sided platform can slash family stress, raise caregiver pay, and close the ever-widening care gap.


Hypothesis: Adult children will pay a 10 % booking fee for verified caregivers found in < 48 hours.

This Experiment

Concierge MVP: we manually intake requests, run background checks, match two families with licensed caregivers, and manage payments in escrow.


Success metric: Both matches complete a two-week trial and both sides rate the experience ≥ 4 / 5 on reliability and communication.
